Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- We currently ship throughout the United States. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Once a package leaves our studio, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Doris Bizarro is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
